By accessing or using LunchLens ("Service"), provided by Impact View ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including school districts, administrators, cafeteria staff, and authorized personnel.

2. Description of Service

LunchLens is an AI-powered school meal compliance tracking system designed to:

• Verify USDA meal pattern requirements
• Capture and analyze meal tray images
• Generate compliance reports and documentation
• Track meal component requirements
• Provide administrative review support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use LunchLens, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Eligibility

Accounts may only be created by authorized representatives of school districts or educational institutions participating in federal meal programs. Personal or unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use LunchLens only for:

• School meal compliance verification
• USDA administrative review preparation
• Internal reporting and program improvement
• Authorized educational and nutritional purposes

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to identify individual students from meal tray images
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or conduct security testing without permission
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

LunchLens is offered through tiered subscription plans based on the number of meals tracked. Pricing is available on our website and may be adjusted with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
• Automatic renewal occurs unless cancelled before renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5.3 Free Trial

New customers may be eligible for a free trial period. Credit card information may be required. If not cancelled before trial expiration, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

6. Data Ownership and Usage

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into LunchLens, including meal tray images, menu information, and compliance reports. We license this data solely to provide the Service as described.

6.2 Aggregated Data

We may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our AI algorithms, generating industry benchmarks, and research purposes. This aggregated data cannot be traced back to individual districts or schools.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, trademarks, and content, is owned by Impact View and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to these terms.

8. AI and Technology Disclaimer

LunchLens uses AI vision technology to assist with meal compliance verification. While our technology is highly accurate:

• AI detections should be reviewed by trained staff
• The Service provides assistance, not replacement for human judgment
• Accuracy rates may vary based on image quality and conditions
• Users remain responsible for compliance with USDA requirements

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Temporarily suspend service for critical updates or security issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not responsible for compliance determinations by regulatory agencies

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impact View from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription:

• You may cancel anytime through your account settings
• We may terminate for breach of terms with 30 days notice
• Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days
• Fees paid are non-refundable upon termination

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
